Over the past few weeks, I’ve decided to grab my Nikon and explore Singapore’s own city heartland. To be honest, this whole thing’s actually inspired by my own Instagram feed after following street photographers like 13th Witness, trashhand, & Humzadeas and how they capture and tell a story of their own city/adventure.
Also I’ve always been dying to explore and figure out how long-exposure photography works. Tried shooting some wave motion in the broad daylight, but soon realised that I needed some sort of a ND Filter(?) — not sure of it, but that’s what I think.
Funny story: We actually got into a crowd of Juventus fans right after this shot. Apparently, Andrea Pirlo and a group of other stars were arriving at The Fullerton Hotel. Got into the right situation and the right time — LOL.
On a side note, I’ve started my own Flickr account since I figured I needed a place to store all my photos in their original quality. Click here to view my photostream. Also, I’ve gotten a few gigs for product shoots which I’m more than excited to start on!
Looks like I’m doing more photography than designing which is a nice change. Leave me an email or get in touch with me if you need some design/photography done!
