So last Wednesday, I prepared a homemade Swedish Meatball Carbonara for dinner. It turned out to be easier than expected! All you needed was a pack of minced beef (or in my case, I used beef patty). Defrost that shit up, slice and dice some onions, throw in some herbs (or you could season them in salt and pepper) and roll them up in a ball. As tempting as it may seem, you shouldn’t roll them up into big chunks as it’ll be harder to cook them on the inside. Lastly, roll them in the pan! There you have it, you just got served. Enjoy!
