So uhm, this week, I made banana & blueberry pancakes. Look at that…. A quick and simple breakfast/lunch meal to prepare. All you need are 2 eggs, 1 cup of flour, milk, salt, last but not least, banana and blueberry.
To prepare the pancake batter, pour the flour, eggs, milk and salt into a mix. Next, slice the banana and crush the blueberry. Once the batter is evenly mixed, you can start pan frying them. When it’s half way done (once the edges get brown and crispy), you can start scattering bits of banana and pancake on top! Once the underside is golden brown, time to flip things around.
Such a simple brunch meal.
