Ball so hard.

Finally able to show this off! DJ TMO or better known to me as Timothy approached me to come up with his first logo for his new and upcoming mixes titled Indulge & Intoxicate.

Having known Tim for quite some time, his roots (Metal) and also the sound of his mixes (Mammoth and fat), it was a rather tricky task for me to incorporate the both of them into a logo.

The logo is rendered by hand. I wanted it to be very broad, thick, solid and powerful — which is the way his music sounds like. Also, I added some broken textures onto the logo but was very cautious with the spikes as we didn’t want it to turn into a logo for some Metal band.

On the album art, it features a broken vinyl record. The entire art supports the theme of Indulge & Intoxicate and also it’s tagline, “Party Till You Pass Out”.

To give the entire promotional art some contrast, I added a hint of bright, neon party colours.
